They also use gmail for everything, which looks unprofessional and it makes me extremely uncomfortable sending sensitive information to a google service. I even upgraded to their top tier plan in the hopes of fewer screwups and a more personal service, but it hasn’t made a difference.

This company has grown a lot, so they’ve had to upgrade their website/UI (which was sorely outdated), but I’ve had a lot of problems since the update. We offer Mail Forwarding, Mail Scanning, and Digital Mailbox services at low. But as a commercial mail receiving agency, I’ve had much better service from smaller shops. Texas Home Base has been a Commercial Mail Receiving Agent (CMRA) since 2002. Overall, it’s a great service for getting vehicles registered in South Dakota.
